Integrity 9 seeks a detail-oriented individual or agency to help generate revenue for our expanding talent portfolio. Our current client list includes current and former athletes from the MLB, NFL, NCAA, and Olympics, as well as musicians. This position requires a personality that is driven by their values and understands the wholistic approach to athlete and influencer marketing. This person will be responsible for securing new talent and influencer relationships for the agency, an aggressive outbound sales effort, developing strategy and processes to ensure our sales team is contributing meaningfully, as well as managing a complex selling process.
Responsibilities include the following:
-Talent Marketing Business Development
-Develop and implement a comprehensive endorsement strategy across the entire roster.
-Create rate cards and identify new marketable assets.
-Design creative campaign platforms and tiered partnership packages.
-Engage with the sports marketing community to represent Integrity 9 and our athlete partners.
-Secure talent deals and execute activation plans that support long-term client retention.
-Provide detailed reporting on sales performance, prospecting efforts, and financial outcomes to Integrity 9 leadership and clients.
-Research and analyze industry trends to identify and target potential prospects.
-Conduct proactive outreach to Fortune 1000 executives (CEOs, Presidents, CMOs).
-Collaborate with athletes on brand strategy development, including social media presence and non-profit initiatives.
-Recruit, mentor, and lead junior sales team members in the talent marketing division.
-Foster staff growth and professional development within the talent marketing discipline.
Additional Property and Talent Sales:
-Drive sponsorship revenue nationally and globally for Integrity 9’s property sales clients.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and timely follow-ups.
-Ensure clear and effective communication with both clients and talent.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities for Integrity 9.
-Represent Integrity 9 at industry events locally, nationally, and internationally.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience securing high-value sponsorships and endorsements, including 6 and 7-figure deals.
-Demonstrated success working with high-profile talent, ideally with a transferable client portfolio.
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-At least 7 years of experience in talent and talent marketing, sports marketing, sponsorship sales, or a related field.
-Expertise in talent and sports sponsorship trends, valuation, and ROI measurement.
-Willingness to travel with proximity to a major airport.
-High level of integrity, transparency, and a strong moral compass.
-Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
