Integrity 9 seeks an energetic and highly organized individual to join our brand consulting team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, managing, and executing sports marketing activations across various leagues, teams, and athlete platforms. This individual will be a critical member of our client account teams and will lead in managing the day-to-day aspects of partnership implementation across a sponsorship portfolio with national reach. This position will also contribute to the development of overarching sports marketing strategies and will report to the VP, Brand Consulting. Responsibilities include the following:
Partnership Activation and Strategy
- Serve as the primary lead on designated property relationships, managing the day-to-day execution of partnership activation plans.
- Act as the main point of contact for sports property activation teams including those within MLB, MLS, NBA, NCAA, NFL, NHL, and NASCAR.
- Develop and implement partnership activation plans, with the support of other team members, ensuring timely execution of property assets.
- Collaborate with client’s internal teams (marketing, creative, business development, etc.) to develop partnership materials.
- Create and manage project timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
- Introduce innovative activation strategies to enhance partnerships beyond contracted obligations.
- Develop hosting strategies to maximize hospitality assets for client’s goals.
- Serve as the onsite lead for partnership activation events, including games, community projects, and other engagements.
- Establish and track success metrics to optimize strategies for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Create and present to clients quarterly reports and season recaps, highlighting partnership achievements and providing strategic recommendations.
- Develop a strong understanding of client’s overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the client management team with strategic insights and innovative sports marketing concepts.
- Design and develop strategic presentations to enhance partnership effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for growth and enhancements within existing partnerships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure cutting-edge and unique activations.
Qualifications And Expectations
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of sports marketing and/or relevant industry; experience with a team or sports marketing agency strongly preferred.
Availability: Willingness to work event nights and weekends, as needed, with travel up to 10%.
Location: Must currently be in Atlanta with knowledge of the area/sports industry.

- Proficient in S Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Suite and Asana is a plus.
