Overview:
Our direct client in the United Sates is seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to support a fast-paced Martech Activation team focused on delivering scalable, personalized digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a production-heavy environment, enjoys working within established design systems, and can execute high-quality deliverables across Email, Web, and Mobile platforms!!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and execute omnichannel experiences across email, web banners, website modules, mobile push, and paid media.
- Support lifecycle marketing campaigns including welcome journeys, cart abandonment, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and work within modular Figma design systems (components, variables, tokens) to enable scalable campaign production.
- Create and maintain email templates and architecture using tools like Stensul, Stripo, BEE Pro, Doppler, or similar.
- Partner with marketing and Martech teams to translate campaign requirements into production-ready assets.
- Develop dynamic and personalized content designs aligned to customer journeys.
- Produce visual assets including GIFs, seasonal creatives, and campaign graphics.
- Apply content hierarchy and messaging structure to support clear, engaging communication.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and inclusive design standards.
- Collaborate with developers with a working understanding of HTML/CSS for email implementation.
What The Hiring Manager is Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design, ideally in marketing or campaign-driven environments.
- Strong experience designing across email + digital marketing channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, tokens, scalable workflows).
- Experience with email design platforms (Stensul, Stripo, BEE Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of Martech ecosystems and how design integrates with campaign automation.
- Ability to work within predefined templates and systems while maintaining high-quality output.
- Experience creating production-ready assets at scale.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (especially for email design).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, fast-turn work
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Tridion, StoryTeq, or similar CMS/Martech platforms.
- Background in personalization strategies or dynamic content design.
- Motion/animation experience for GIFs or lightweight campaign assets.
