We’re hiring a high-performance, AI-obsessed Growth Marketing Campaign Manager to lead strategy, build funnels, and execute high-converting campaigns across multiple channels. 🚀 POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is a strategic and executional role owning the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and buildout to optimization and debrief. You’ll reimagine proven content into high-converting funnels, craft smart automations, and drive growth with precision marketing.

Expect to operate at the center of performance—coordinating content, creative, and tech to ship campaigns that generate qualified leads, elevate conversions, and move the needle with a global, high-achiever audience.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

  • End-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, web, social)
  • Funnel builds that drive qualified MQLs and increase lead-to-enrollment conversion
  • Campaign asset coordination across content, design, copy, and tech
  • Tracking and optimizing key performance metrics: CPL, CVR, LTV, AOV
  • Leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, testing, and automation workflows
  • Post-campaign debriefs with a focus on repeatability and iteration
  • Maintaining SOPs and project boards (Asana) to ensure operational clarity and launch velocity

🎯 REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–6 years in digital marketing, growth, or direct response campaign execution
  • Proven success building and optimizing high-performing funnels
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/automation platforms
  • Strong A/B testing, QA, and data analysis chops
  • Excellent cross-functional project coordination
  • Experience using AI tools for copy, testing, research, and automation
  • Comfortable with Slack, Google Analytics, WordPress, Asana
