Communications Specialist (North America)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. – Eastern Time Zone preferred)
Schedule: Part-Time (25–30 hours/week to start)

Looking for a Communications Content Specialist to support our AI Data Center business by creating strategic, compelling content that elevates our brand and executive thought leadership. This role is ideal for a dynamic communicator with a strong background in technical writing and digital media.
What You'll Do:
- Executive Social Media Support
- Collaborate with NAM executives and the Strategic Communications Manager to draft and schedule LinkedIn posts
- Track and analyze engagement metrics and update the global executive social media scorecard
- Blog & Content Development
- Manage a content calendar for North America Secure Power blogs
- Draft 1 blog/month featuring SMEs and create supporting social media content
- Interview SMEs to capture their voice and technical insights
- Competitor & Media Analysis
- Generate bi-weekly competitor analysis reports (social media, PR, press coverage)
- Create monthly media coverage recaps highlighting KPIs, thought leadership, and regional performance
- Event & PR Support
- Support communications needs during events (e.g., talk tracks, logistics, materials)
- Assist in public relations initiatives and agency coordination

- Proven technical writing experience across various technology domains (required)
- Strong blog writing, content strategy, and executive communication skills
- Ability to support PR, social media, and digital content projects as needed
