Job Description:
- The Marketing Lead Analyst will support B2B lifecycle marketing strategy for channel partners. This role is responsible for delivering B2B digital campaigns that drive consideration and selection of health benefit solutions. Responsibilities include creative development, channel planning, media deployment, vendor and partner management, and results reporting while adhering to budget and timelines.
- This position supports larger, more complex campaigns or marketing projects and may lead smaller or less complex ones. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment and managing change effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to design B2B content and digital campaigns that drive engagement and sales inquiries.
- Build and manage efficient campaign production schedules ensuring timely, on-budget completion from launch to reporting.
- Develop creative briefs and supporting documents; gather data as needed.
- Engage cross-functional teams to produce and execute B2B campaigns.
- Partner with media vendors from project inception to delivery, including trafficking.
- Support message positioning and media mix planning.
- Assemble campaign experience components in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Finalize and share contact lists with channel partners prior to campaign launch.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams for review, approval, and state filing.
- Track and analyze marketing activity results; prepare and share reporting insights.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of materials.
- Provide feedback to drive process and technical improvements.
Preferred Skillset / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or finance, preferably in B2B marketing or demand generation.
- Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with internal or external creative agencies.
- Knowledge of marketing technology, digital campaign reporting, and metrics analysis.
- Proven success in cross-functional team collaboration and campaign execution.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Marketo, Wrike, and/or Demandbase preferred.
