Designer

Design the assets IGTMS and its founders need to earn trust and convert interest. For the Down Market Product launch, prioritize the application and landing experience, course and community visuals, and sales proof. Full time. Remote, global.

You Should Not Apply for This Job If

•     You design for your portfolio. Taste matters. So does whether the graphic got the click. We judge work on what it did, not on how it looks on Behance.

•     Your portfolio is logos and mood boards. We need someone who has shipped high-volume content design and real web pages for a brand, a founder, or an agency.

•     You have never designed a page that had to convert. Websites, landing pages, and lead magnets are half this job. A pretty page that nobody fills out is a failed page.

•     You need a full brief for every piece. You will get a content calendar, a brand system, and a direction. The concepts are yours.

•     You cannot move fast. Peter needs an application and landing experience; course videos need packaging; a founder is on stage tomorrow. You can move within hours when needed, while protecting the assets on the launch path.

•     You drift from the brand system. IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole each need a recognizable look. The Down Market Product must feel like part of IGTMS while making its learn and own experience clear.

•     You have never designed for B2B. Our audience is founders and CEOs. Loud is not the same as effective.

•     AI is not part of your workflow. We want the designer who produces twice as much at the same quality because of it.

•     You get defensive about feedback. We will tell you when something is weak. We expect you to tell us too.

Still here? Good. Keep reading.

We produce a lot of raw material. Podcast episodes where our founder diagnoses a real company, live. Client wins with real numbers. Frameworks, trainings, and a clear point of view on why most founders stay stuck selling everything themselves. Too little of it becomes something a founder would stop scrolling for.

Design is part of why. An episode goes up with a cover nobody would click. A LinkedIn banner says nothing about who we help. A strong idea gets posted as a block of text on a stock background.

And it is not only our brand. We also design websites and conversion assets for transformation clients. At launch, the Down Market Product has its own critical path: a clear application, booking journey, course library, and active community. You balance both through an agreed priority list.

You are how that happens. You work with the Creative Lead, Peter, the video editor, social media manager, and the people building in GoHighLevel and Skool. Your design files must be ready for those owners to implement.

Why this seat matters

Our goal is 100 Cubed by 2035: help 100,000 founders grow, build $100 million in annual revenue, and do it with 100 people or fewer, all by 2035. Founders decide whether to trust us long before they talk to us. What they see first is what you designed.

What This Person Actually Does

•     Design weekly content for IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole, including distinct assets for transformation and the Down Market Product. Prioritize the channels and pieces on the approved launch calendar.

•     Own the podcast visuals. Covers, YouTube thumbnails, guest cards, and promotional graphics for episodes we actually release. A separate podcast to Down Market Product funnel is a later test if Mark and Peter approve it.

•     Design web pages for IGTMS and assigned clients. For the Down Market Product minimum viable launch, partner with the GoHighLevel builder on the landing page, application form, booking flow, and clear routes for transformation fit, member fit, and no fit.

•     Build the lead magnets and proof. Produce the starter sales assets, case studies, testimonials, value resources, and simple conversion graphics needed for outreach, reactivation, and sales calls. Test after the journey is live.

•     Rebuild the profiles. Banners, featured assets, and service graphics for the founders and team that make the buyer and next step clear in seconds. Keep the Down Market Product and transformation calls to action distinct.

•     Make the sales team look good. Give Peter and Marina a focused set of credible proof, resource, presentation, and application visuals for the first sales conversations.

•     Test, do not guess. Two or three versions of the thumbnail or the carousel cover. Let the numbers pick. Learn from the difference.

•     Keep the system. Maintain approved templates and source files for the three public brands, plus course thumbnails, Skool graphics, and launch assets that can be reused without redesigning every week.

•     Work in a tight loop. Check dependencies daily with the Creative Lead, Peter, Umair, and the GoHighLevel builder. The first member must be able to apply, book, pay, sign, and enter a community that looks ready.

The Kind of Designer We Want

Think of the designer behind the best founder-led brands on LinkedIn. The carousels you save. The thumbnails that make a business podcast look worth an hour of your time. Clean, bold, readable on a phone, never generic.

You think like a marketer with a design eye. You care about the click, the save, and the share, and you know which choices move them.

What You Bring

•     A portfolio of shipped content design. Social, thumbnails, carousels, and covers for a real brand or founder, with results where you have them.

•     Web and conversion design. Websites and landing pages you designed that went live, with conversion numbers where you have them.

•     Speed with judgment. Show how you deliver a reliable flow of finished assets while protecting the application, course, community, and sales materials on the launch path.

•     The tools. Figma for web and product design, Photoshop and Illustrator for graphics, Canva for templates the rest of the team can use. You are not learning any of these on our work.

•     Typography and hierarchy. You can make one idea readable in one second on a small screen.

•     B2B taste. You can make business content look premium without making it look corporate.

•     Platform fluency. Sizes, crops, and safe zones for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X, without looking them up.

•     English fluency. You read copy closely and catch the typo before it ships.

•     AI-forward. Firefly, Midjourney, or whatever you have built into your workflow. AI speeds you up. Your eye decides what ships.

How We Hire, Fire, and Promote

These are not posters on a wall. They decide who we hire, who we keep, and who we let go.

•     We hire missionaries, not mercenaries. People who act like owners and care about the mission.

•     We are a team, not a family. We compete, we hold a high bar, and the seat is earned every season.

•     We practice radical candor. The best idea wins regardless of title. We say it to your face or we do not say it.

•     We do what we say we are going to do. Integrity here is simple. You keep your commitments.

•     We put A-players in every seat. Fewer, better people, paid above market, each one someone we would fight to keep.

How We Work

•     Remote, global. We care what you ship, not where you live. We may start with a paid trial project before a full-time offer.

•     U.S. Eastern overlap, including the 9:30 AM ET daily huddle.

•     Small team, high leverage, powered by AI and systems. Every seat carries weight. Yours carries how we and our clients look.

What success looks like at 90 days

•     Launch does not wait on design. The approved application, landing and booking journey, course and Skool visuals, and starter sales proof are implemented on time.

•     The brand system exists. Templates for IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole live in one place, and the Down Market Product has a coherent visual treatment.

•     The key journey is live. Visitors understand which offer fits them, can complete the application, and reach the correct booking path. Conversion is measured after traffic arrives.

•     We know what works. Thumbnail and cover tests have a baseline, and landing page results inform revisions rather than guesses.

Compensation

Base plus performance bonus. We do not publish a fixed number because we do not hire fixed people. The base is calibrated to your location and your work. The bonus is tied to output delivered on time and to how your work performs, from content engagement to landing page conversion. If being paid on results scares you, this is the wrong seat.

How to Apply

Do not send a portfolio link and hope. Send proof.

•     Five pieces. Designed for a founder, coach, or B2B brand, and what each one did.

•     Two web pages. Show a live landing page and an application or booking flow you designed, and explain the user action each page was built to drive.

•     One before and after. Something you redesigned, and what changed because of it.

•     A launch exercise. Redesign one Core Four course video cover and sketch a clear application page for an owner led B2B founder. Explain the hierarchy in two sentences.

•     Your AI workflow. The tools and the steps, as you actually run them.

Shortlisted candidates get a paid trial: one course thumbnail, one LinkedIn carousel, and one Down Market Product landing page section with an application call to action, in 72 hours.

Apply through the LinkedIn posting or the careers page at igtms.com/careers, or send it straight to talent@igtms.com. We read every one that shows real work.

IGTMS is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to building a team where motivated people thrive.

  • IGTMS. Stop guessing and start growing.
