Job Description
Duties:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Dermatology’s Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Support cloud integration initiatives to facilitate the migration of on-premises resources and secondary Microsoft 365 implementations to Integrated Dermatology’s main Microsoft tenant.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement improvements to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Coordinate with various Managed Service Providers and IT vendors in the maintenance of Integrated Dermatology’s IT environments (cloud, Practice, Corporate), including the evaluation of upgrades, patches, and new technologies to determine suitability for deployment.
- Document and configure baseline settings and maintain consistency for the Integrated Dermatology Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deploy and maintain security practices and that M365 and Azure tenants are configured in accordance with applicable compliance requirements (HIPAA).
- Maintain an understanding of the latest features and best practices for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Serve as an escalation point for M365 issues and projects.
- Mentor and train IT staff as needed.
- Perform evaluations of the IT environment of acquisition targets and provide input for supporting the IT migration to the Integrated Dermatology M365 tenant.
- Implementation of project plans to migrate acquired targets.
- Consult with departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as IT system design and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance.
- Develop briefings, documentation, and training materials for differing levels of users throughout the organization.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science minimum (Masters’ degree preferred).
- At least 5-7 years practical experience administering Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud environments.
- Experience managing a multi-tenant hosted environment preferred, including client onboarding.
- Familiarity with networking technologies.
Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
- Demonstrates knowledge of security principles related to network operations and file level security.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Most have broad exposure to common IT applications and infrastructure with some experience in Identity and Access Management, cloud virtualization, enterprise productivity applications, desktop and server support, and voice services.
- Experience creating and executing migration plans to move services, applications, or data between or to cloud environments.
- Experience conducting site surveys or analyzing data obtained from site surveys
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive electronic information as per HIPAA guidelines.
- Ability to work in an environment with shifting priorities and assignments.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills - effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization. This includes drafting technical documentation and training materials.

- Full-time - 9am/9:30am - 6pm/6:30pm
- Hybrid - 3 days/week in the Boca Raton office, 2 days remote
