We are seeking a talented Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital products that deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final implementation, while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to final design delivery
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and design guidelines
• Translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive and accessible product experiences
• Validate design concepts through user testing, analytics, and continuous feedback
• Ensure products meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices
• Work within Agile product development environments and contribute to sprint planning and product roadmaps
• Stay informed of emerging UX/UI trends, design technologies, and industry best practices

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or digital product development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects and user-centered design methodologies
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools
• Experience with user research, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment
