The Role
You'll lead the marketing function, owning lead generation, digital marketing, field marketing, and product marketing, with analyst relations as a core part of the remit. This is a genuine team management role for someone who wants to stay hands on, not just direct from above.
What You'll Own
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
š Own pipeline generation strategy across core and expansion markets
š Direct digital marketing execution, campaigns, channels, and performance
Field Marketing
š Lead field marketing activity across the company's core European markets, with secondary activity in additional regions
š Ensure regional activity ladders up to a consistent global strategy
Product Marketing
š Own product marketing, positioning, messaging, and launch support across the portfolio
š Collaborate with international product marketing colleagues to align product narrative with market execution
Analyst Relations
š Manage relationships with leading industry analyst firms
š Own submissions, briefings, and ongoing analyst engagement to protect and grow the company's standing
Team Leadership
š Manage a small, capable marketing team distributed
š Set priorities, develop the team, and stay close enough to the work to lead by example, not just delegate
What You'll Bring
Required:
š Proven experience managing a marketing team, ideally across lead gen, digital, field marketing and product marketing
š Hands on experience across the core disciplines above, this isn't a purely strategic seat
š Comfortable operating across multiple markets and time zones from a European base
š Strong communication skills across a distributed, international team
š Cybersecurity background
