Intaso has been engaged by a $70M series B funded high-growth cybersecurity startup to recruit their first Growth Marketing Manager. This hire will own the digital demand engine and play a critical role in scaling pipeline as the company prepares for its next stage of growth.
Day-to-day:
• Build and run demand gen programs across paid, ABM, inbound, and nurture.
• Take ownership of analytics, attribution, and reporting on pipeline impact.
• Launch campaigns in Marketo, optimize the website for conversion.
• Run rapid growth experiments across ads, landing pages, and social.
• Partner with sales, content, and design to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
• 4–6+ years in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing in B2B tech or cyber.
• Hands-on with Marketo, Salesforce, GTM, ABM tools.
• Proven success driving pipeline with creative + analytical approach.
• Creator DNA: newsletter, LinkedIn, community, or side project you’ve grown.
• East Coast based (NYC or Boston strongly preferred).
