UI/UX Designer (All Levels)

Job Title: Middle Strong/Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Europe)

Type: Full-time, 40-hour workweek

We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer for long-term collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to contribute to impactful, real-world design challenges.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in SaaS or web-based products
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
• Experience in graphic design (e.g., landing pages, marketing assets)
• Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and color
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, product)
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with marketing teams (e.g., designing for conversions, A/B testing)
• Experience designing responsive web interfaces
• Familiarity with analytics tools to support UX decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and improve landing pages, campaign visuals, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize the website experience
• Create user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing designs that align with our brand
• Potentially transition to product work: designing features, wireframes, and flows
• Participate in design reviews, stand-ups, and feedback sessions
• Contribute to evolving our design system and design processes.
