Insurity’s Next Senior Executive Assistant
The Senior Executive Assistant will help provide C-Suite Executive support to our Chief Legal Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and help where needed. The Senior Executive Assistant with prepare reports, manage the calendars of the C-Suite they will support, and coordinate travel.
What Our Senior Executive Assistant Will Do
Provide proactive, efficient, accurate, and confidential administrative support to contribute to the success of the C-Suite Executives and senior management
Serve as the C-Suite Executive’s administrative liaison to the Senior Executive Team manage Senior Leader activities, which may include meetings, events, preparing and distributing materials, and travel
Coordinate and organize meetings, including:
Overseeing calendar scheduling
Coordinating travel
Communicating with participants
Maintaining and distributing agendas
Taking and distributing meeting minutes
Tracking follow-ups with participants
Prepare timely expense reports
Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
Develop and maintain an index of key contacts
Organize and maintain files for the C-suite Executives in a complete, accurate, and timely fashion and suggest system changes to meet needs
Respond to complex inquiries and screen correspondence calls and visitors in a proactive and independent fashion

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the part-time (24 hours / week) salary range for this role is $30 - $45 / hour, commensurate with experience.
