What you'll do
- Designing and executing global acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, influencer, programmatic, emerging formats) to drive high-quality user growth.
- Leading growth experiments and A/B testing - defining hypotheses, setting up measurements and enhancing conversions.
- Partnering with engineering to build, test, and refine growth tooling, in-product conversion and onboarding flows.
- Managing full-funnel performance metrics, from CPM/CPC to LTV/CAC, and identifying new opportunities for efficiency and scale.
- Expanding growth channels and market coverage, with attention to localization and regional performance.
- Driving influencer and creator partnerships as part of the paid and organic growth mix.
- Develop and refine our attribution models, marketing tech stack, and automation processes to ensure we’re always optimizing for maximum impact.
This might be for you if
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth product management, ideally in high-growth tech.
- Proven ability to launch, scale, and optimize paid channels at significant budgets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with measurement tools (Google Analytics, experimentation platforms).
- Familiarity with engineering concepts and ability to work with technical teams to ship growth and martech infrastructure.
- A test-and-learn mindset and comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
