Requirements

Language: English - Fluent

Must-haves:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong development skills in at least one language such as Go (Golang), TypeScript, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with relational databases; we use PostgreSQL.
• A natural, hands-on way of working with AI — you use coding assistants and agentic workflows as part of your everyday development practice.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• You enjoy working in a team and building things together.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Cloud networking basics (VNet, DNS, TLS).
• Linux and shell scripting.

Activities

• Design, build, and ship reliable backend services and APIs — writing maintainable, well-tested code.
• Contribute to software design and architecture decisions, and take part in code reviews.
• Make AI part of how you build — using coding agents and AI tools to move faster, explore ideas, and raise the quality of what we ship.
• Work closely with frontend engineers, QA, and product management as part of an integrated team to deliver well-crafted, user-centered software.
• Engage directly with customers and users — joining feedback sessions and user research to build a deep, end-to-end understanding of the product and the problems it solves.
