We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will manage SEO, PPC, social media and website content maintenance. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and always up to date with digital trends. If you’re skilled at driving campaigns that deliver measurable results, this role is for you.

What We Need

An experienced marketing manager who can convert strategy into hands-on execution on digital platforms
Someone fluent in SEO, PPC, and social media management and advertising
Experience with paid ad campaigns within crypto, fintech and high risk industries
A candidate with experience in website content maintenance (blogs, meta descriptions, titles)
A strong communicator who works well with designers, sales, and product teams
A professional who is proactive, trend-aware, and creative

What You Will Do

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Manage on-page SEO including meta tags, descriptions, and content updates
Use SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools to monitor rankings and identify opportunities
Build domain authority through link-building and partnerships

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Paid Campaigns

Plan and execute PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and programmatic platforms
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI

Social Media Advertising & Management

Run paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
Oversee organic social content calendars, posting, growth and engagement
Translate overall company strategy and marketing plans into engaging social media content and web activity
Track trends and adapt strategies for growth and visibility

Content & Copy

Maintain and update blogs, landing pages, and other site content
Write and refine marketing copy for ads, campaigns, and social posts
Ensure brand voice consistency across all channels

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor performance metrics across SEO, PPC, and social channels
Build clear reports and dashboards for leadership
Provide actionable recommendations for growth

What You Bring

Proven experience running ads in high-risk industries and/or crypto, with a strong understanding of regulations and how to prevent ad account blocks and maintain long-term account health.
Strong expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimization)
Hands-on experience with domain authority building and link strategies
Proven track record with PPC and paid social campaigns
Confidence with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console
Excellent copywriting skills for marketing purposes
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Based in Europe, comfortable with remote work

Bonus If You Have

Experience in crypto and/or luxury sectors
A track record of scaling multi-channel ad campaigns with measurable ROI
Fresh ideas from emerging platforms or digital trends
Experience working on app-based marketing campaigns or promoting apps
