Field Marketing Operations Specialist
As the Field Marketing Operations Specialist for our client's Collaboration Field Marketing team, you will own the operations that support Field Marketing activations to deliver event details and pipeline impact measurements. This includes managing registration tracking, lead uploads, post-event summaries, and comprehensive reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and data accuracy for various marketing programs and events.
Responsibilities:
• Event Management & Support
• Support end-to-end event and activation management for Field Marketing initiatives.
• Request and manage Meeting IDs, Campaign Hub SharePoint Pages, and SFDC Campaigns for marketing activities.
• Ensure the Campaign Hub is kept up to date with event details as they are created and changed.
• Support Field Marketing Managers with communications before and after events (e.g., Webex space posts, Know Before You Go messages, and post-event lead processes).
• Maintain all team templates for Pre-Event, Know Before You Go, and Event Recaps.
• Support post-event recap slide creating after all AMER FM events.
• Utilize data to support Field Marketing Managers in developing event target lists.
• Data Management & Reporting
• Manage and track registrations for events, including updating attendee lists and creating/maintaining related SFDC Reports.
• Execute post-event reporting processes, ensuring leads are loaded accurately, pipeline reports are correct, and summary decks are complete.
• Submit attendee lists upload requests after each event/activation.
• Create pre-event and post-event opportunity reports based on registrations and final attendees.
• Create and maintain attendee dossiers for specific executive events.
• Perform quality assurance checks on data, including list uploads and metrics in reporting tools like Power BI.
• Planning & Business Operations
• Support run-the-business operations for Field Marketing.
• Maintain resource documents for Field Marketing processes.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams, reporting status to management and other leaders.
• Maintain the fiscal year's America Field Marketing Calendar.
• Reporting & Communication Support
• Manage and support the creation/population of bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review decks and reporting (e.g., MBER updates, QBRs, and review decks).
• Support the maintenance and updates of presentation decks for marketing programs.
• Contribute AMER-related updates, metrics, and features to the Field Marketing Newsletter.
Qualifications:
• Curious, data-oriented thinker.
• 5+ years of experience with as-a-service businesses and Field Marketing.
• Tenacious in follow-ups and excellent at influencing delivery without direct authority.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, work effectively both in a team and individually with limited guidance.
• Desire to learn, connect the dots, understand how individual tasks and deliverables impact the overall business and strategy, and the ability to pivot and respond to changing priorities.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint, and experience with SFDC reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of Marketing, Field Marketing, and Marketing Events concepts and processes
