Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for the Inspectify Pro program. This role will focus on designing and managing comprehensive marketing strategy, campaigns, and driving measurable results across multiple channels. This role will be an individual contributor to start, with room for growth to eventually lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Strategically design, plan, and manage the Inspectify marketing suite offered to Pro partners; including overall SEO (technical, content, on-page, off-page), website design, and campaign management.
  • Continuously refine the marketing suite strategic approach to align with Pro program goals and OKRs.
  • Develop and document a clear go-to-market strategy / playbook and checklist for onboarding new Pro partners.
  • Design and execute frequent customer campaigns (email, SMS, etc.) to drive additional revenue for Pro partners from new and existing customers.
  • Review and update Pro partner consumer journeys (web, product, email) to align with best practices for maximum consumer engagement and customer conversion and retention.
  • Research and implement new marketing channels beyond Google to ultimately drive consumer inspection jobs for Pro partners within “cost per” budget guardrails.
  • Work directly with existing Pro partners in planning and executing marketing related strategies for expansion into new metro areas and states to capture additional TAM.

Google Marketing Management

  • Oversee and optimize Google Business Profiles, Google Ads accounts, and Google Local Services accounts for Inspectify Pro partners.
  • Design and execute monthly Google marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting on key metrics and analytics like cost per lead and cost per booking. Create efficiencies in these “cost per” metrics as we scale.
  • Work with Pro partners to determine marketing geographic radius to align with inspector supply, ensuring maximum coverage.
  • Maintain and update inspector partner branding across inspector Google profiles, including photos, customer reviews, announcements, and contact details.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in marketing strategy, campaign management, and channel optimization with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Expertise in Google Business, Ads, and Local Services; proficiency in SEO, website management, and digital marketing tools. Experience with Hubspot and Webflow tools is a major plus.
  • Qualities: Highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active, collaborative, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Mindset: Creative, organized, and intentional thinker who thrives in building and scaling new business opportunities.

Salary Range: $85 - $120k
