We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded marketing leader to drive the next phase of growth for our Expand platform business. In this high-impact role, you'll shape and execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen adviser engagement, accelerate platform adoption and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Leveraging customer insights, data and marketing technology, you'll create compelling experiences that connect advisers with the solutions they need to grow their businesses. Working closely with product, distribution, digital and technology teams, you'll play a key role in influencing business strategy, driving customer value and helping position Expand as a leading platform in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Expand growth marketing strategy to drive adviser acquisition, engagement and retention
• Create compelling adviser propositions, campaigns and messaging based on customer insights and market trends
• Deliver integrated marketing programs across digital, CRM, content, events, webinars and sales channels
• Build personalised customer journeys using segmentation, automation and data-driven insights
• Partner with product, distribution, digital and technology teams to identify and unlock growth opportunities
• Drive awareness, adoption and utilisation of Expand platform solutions and capabilities
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity using analytics, insights and ROI measures
• Champion a test-and-learn approach to improve customer experiences and commercial outcomes
• Manage agency and delivery partners to ensure high-quality execution and brand consistency
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

What You Will Bring

• Extensive experience in financial services, platforms, superannuation, wealth management or B2B marketing
• Proven success delivering growth strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes
• Strong understanding of adviser platforms, retirement solutions and advice business needs
• Expertise in customer segmentation, CRM, marketing automation and customer journey design
• Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into action
• Ability to simplify complex platform and technology propositions into engaging customer communications
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse business areas
• Strong understanding of marketing governance, privacy obligations and regulatory requirements
• A customer-centric, commercially focused mindset with a passion for innovation and growth
