Currently, we are engaged in a contract to support the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC), specifically in maintenance, configuration, and supply support. As part of this vital mission, we are seeking a qualified Maintenance Procedure Card Developer (MPC) to join our team and contribute to the success of the Coast Guard’s Surface Acquisition Logistics Center (SALC).

Position Summary

The MPC Developer will be responsible for assisting with the creation, development and publication of maintenance plans for the new asset.

Key Responsibilities

Provide assistance in the development of Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Maintenance Procedure Cards.
Provide assistance in the development of Maintenance Procedure Cards for assorted system, equipment, and structures using applicable references and standard repair specifications.
Upon request, provide MPC validation support through physical observation of the maintenance activity, documenting discrepancies, and revising the MPC.
Complete Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis to develop maintenance requirements for systems affected by design changes. RCM analysis documentation shall be submitted to the Coast Guard for review and approval.
Complete any other maintenance procedure card support tasks in support of the repair and maintenance PL assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3-10 years experience or 9 years without bachelors
Familiarity with U.S. Coast Guard organization, policies, and procedures.
