About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a Market Intelligence Agent, an innovative conversational AI platform for portfolio management and automated trading. You will work closely with our experienced CTO and mentor two talented fresh graduate engineers in designing and implementing AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Development

• Lead daily technical implementation of the AI agent following CTO's strategic architecture
• Develop and integrate conversational AI interfaces with natural language processing capabilities
• Build robust API integrations with blockchain and DEX trading platforms
• Implement portfolio tracking, management features, and automated trading execution systems
• Ensure code quality, security standards, and scalability for financial applications

Team Mentorship & Guidance

• Provide daily technical mentorship to two fresh graduate engineers
• Conduct regular code reviews and pair programming sessions
• Bridge technical decisions between CTO meetings (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and accelerate junior developer productivity

AI-Augmented Development

• Leverage advanced AI coding tools (Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude) to maximize development velocity
• Guide team in AI-assisted development best practices and workflows
• Optimize AI tool usage for rapid prototyping and implementation

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 2-3 years of software development experience with proven leadership capabilities
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with API development and integration, particularly financial or trading APIs
• Knowledge of web and mobile application development (React, React Native, or similar)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and conversational AI development
• Familiarity with blockchain, or fintech applications preferred

Leadership & Communication

• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior developers and leading small technical teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions independently
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with part-time CTO and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in fast-paced, startup environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and modern development workflows
• Background in financial technology or trading applications
