Content Marketing & Social Media Manager

We are now seeking a dynamic and creative marketing specialist to lead our content marketing and social media efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support business growth in the HR services sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling forms, landing pages graphics, and social media content, while also developing nurturing campaigns that highlight our expertise in workplace culture, employment law and other HR topics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Content Development:

• Design and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
• Create engaging marketing content focused on HR services, workplace culture, employment law etc.
• Develop a variety of content formats, including forms, graphics, blog posts, and social media posts.
• Manage and host the HR Room Podcast, developing a calendar and sourcing guests to use this as a key marketing tool.

Social Media Management:

• Lead all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
• Plan, create, and schedule content that fosters engagement and community growth.

Brand Awareness & Lead Nurturing:

• Execute initiatives to elevate brand awareness at a strategic level.
• Design and manage email nurture campaigns that deliver valuable, relevant content to leads and clients.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Track and analyse content and campaign performance using relevant tools.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign reporting, and social media insights to track content performance.
• Continuously optimize content based on SEO performance and campaign goals.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, HR, and the Managing Director to ensure content supports broader business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content marketing and social media management, preferably in HR services or a related industry.
• Strong creative writing and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva), website management (WordPress), and social media platforms.
• Experience designing and managing email nurture campaigns (preferably in ActiveCampaign).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency and experience in managing PPC, SEO, and Google Ads would be a strong plus.
