● Front-End Stack: Expert in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/PostCSS), and Vanila JavaScript (ES6+).

● Accessibility First: Proven experience building complex interactive sites that pass rigorous WCAG audits.

● Design Tools: High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design-to-code translation.

● High-Fidelity Attention to Detail: Must have a "pixel-perfect" eye to ensure that complex animations do not compromise the visual integrity or alignment of the original UX design.

● Agency-Pace Prioritization: Proven ability to operate under pressure and manage "motion-design rabbit holes." You must know when to push for perfection and when to simplify a solution to hit a marketing deadline.

● Self-Directed Project Management: Ability to own the front-end lifecycle of a project, from initial Figma hand-off to final QA and documentation.

● Consultative Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. You must be able to explain complex technical limitations or "motion physics" concepts to non-technical stakeholders (marketers, designers, and leadership).

Core Responsibilities

● Motion Engineering: Design and implement sophisticated, high-performance animations using GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform), focusing on timelines, scro l-driven storyte ling (Scro lTrigger), and momentum-based "physics" (lerping/inertia).

● The "Slick" Factor: Elevate standard layouts into premium digital experiences that feel fluid and intentional—not just simple fades or entrance triggers.

● Technical Bridge: Collaborate daily with UX Designer to enhance designs, ensuring technical feasibility without sacrificing the creative vision.

● Builder Integration: Develop custom, clean, and maintainable JS/CSS within a WordPress + Divi environment, targeting modules with custom classes rather than relying on native builder settings.

● Performance & Compliance: Ensure al "slick" interactions are fully optimized for Core Web Vitals (60fps) and strictly adhere to ADA/WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA accessibility standards, including prefers-reduced-motion support.

● Technical Ownership: Maintain high engineering standards for code cleanliness, PHP logic, and site architecture to ensure long-term stability.

My client is looking for a Creative Technologist to serve as the elite bridge between their UX Designers and their Web Development team.
