Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to enhance and redesign computer-generated diagrams such as flowcharts and sequence diagrams. The primary objective is to take rough, technical diagrams and transform them into visually appealing, clear, and easy-to-understand visuals that align with brand guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively through design.

Day to Day:

- Receive and analyze rough computer-generated diagrams (e.g., flow diagrams, sequence diagrams).

- Redesign and relayout diagrams to improve visual clarity, understandability, and aesthetic appeal.

- Ensure all diagrams adhere strictly to PayPal’s brand standards and visual identity guidelines.

- Apply best practices in visual communication and user experience to enhance informational graphics.

- Work independently and without supervision while managing multiple diagram redesign projects, maintaining high-quality output and consistent branding.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with technical or process diagrams is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of branding and ability to adhere to strict brand guidelines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, effective design.

Compensation: $40-$45/hr
