User Experience Designer

Location: Remote in India

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Pay: 2.5-4 lakhs/month

Requirements for the Role

• 5+ years of experience with UX Design using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Strong experience creating mockups, high/low fidelity designs, wireframes, etc.
• Ability to create designs from scratch that are highly readable, consistent, etc.
• Strong experience using AI tools to help speed up the design process and make it more effective
• Ability to adapt and work in a non-structured environment

Nice to Have

• Experience as a UX Researcher with strengths in qualitative feedback analysis and sentiment measurement
• CX Strategy experience, especially in emotional branding and end-to-end experience measurement
• Prior work as an AI Conversation Designer, with skills in dialog prompt construction and sentiment awareness

Day to Day

As an UX Designer, your mission is to ensure that every AI-powered feature not only works technically but also feels right to the user. You’ll own the UX Feedback Loop, designing the signals, prompts, and feedback surfaces that help determine whether a feature meets user expectations. This includes embedding emotional goals and behavioral cues into specifications, integrating feedback prompts into Slack or in-app experiences, and monitoring user sentiment and behavior to guide product evolution. You’ll collaborate with Intent Designers to ensure user goals are clearly framed for agents, and you’ll tag telemetry data to trigger loop responses. Your insights will feed into retrospectives, helping the team continuously refine the emotional and behavioral quality of the product experience.
