User Experience Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 month contract + possible extensions + possible conversion

Pay Range: 50-65 an hour on W2

Interview Process: 1-2 rounds virtual

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interface, or related field.
• 5+ years in UX/UI/CX design, preferably with loyalty programs or hospitality applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for mobile and web.
• Advanced knowledge of platform-specific design best practices, UI kits, and templates. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Storybook).
• Experience creating or maintaining a Design System with UI library and design token repositories.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a talented UX Designer to join the Technology Management Team for one of our clients in the hospitality industry based out of Phoenix, Arizona. This person will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging user experiences across our global website, mobile apps, and transactional emails. The ideal candidate will use creative thinking and data-driven insights to create personalized, user-centered designs that drive engagement and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centered experiences for our digital platforms (website, mobile app, emails). Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture. Collaborate with business and engineering teams to ensure seamless user interactions. Ensure design implementation meets specifications. Ensure accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Stay current with UX trends and best practices in loyalty program design. Participate in user research and testing, gather feedback, and iterate on layouts. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap). Adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and mobile-first principles. Ask insightful questions, take calculated risks, and champion new ideas.
