JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly specialized and experienced "Triple Threat" Learning and Design Expert to join our firm-wide Learning & Development (L&D) team. This unique role requires a blend of advanced learning and design expertise, proficiency in UX/UI principles and hands-on build, and a strong understanding of AI prototyping, risk management, and mitigation within a learning context. This individual will serve as a critical enabler for our internal business units and potentially external clients, driving innovation in learning solutions across tens of thousands of people. Key Responsibilities: Learning Design & Strategy: Act as a learning consultant, engaging directly with senior internal stakeholders (e.g., partners, business leaders) to understand complex business problems and translate them into effective learning strategies. Apply sound adult learning principles and learning science to design modern and impactful learning solutions. Collaborate with other L&D professionals to ensure learning effectiveness and alignment with enterprise capability goals (e.g., annual compliance, digital upskilling, talent pipeline development). Move beyond traditional e-learning and PowerPoints to conceptualize and develop innovative learning experiences, including immersive AI solutions, applications, and dynamic interactions. UX/UI & Product Creation (Hands-On Prototyping): Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in UX/UI design and prototyping, enabling real-time ideation and iteration during client engagements. Quickly turn stakeholder needs into working prototypes that showcase modern learning solutions with strong product creation principles. Possess a strong portfolio and a natural sense of effective UX/UI, allowing for rapid development of intuitive and engaging user experiences. Prefer to build and demonstrate rather than solely write specifications; someone who actively prototypes solutions. AI Prototyping & Risk Management: Familiarity with AI platforms and cutting-edge prototyping tools to create AI-driven learning solutions and immersive experiences. Understand and proactively manage risks associated with AI implementation in learning, ensuring ethical and secure deployment. Stay abreast of AI technology, platform services, and capabilities to continuously innovate and leverage AI for enhanced learning outcomes. Client Engagement & Consultative Approach: Act as a compelling representative of L&D, surprising and delighting stakeholders with proactive, real-time prototyping and solutioning. Facilitate dynamic client conversations, actively listening to needs and translating them into tangible, interactive concepts. Lead initial iterations and course corrections during client meetings, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of proposed solutions. Enterprise-Wide Impact: Develop learning solutions that impact all personnel across the firm, including those in the United States, Mexico, and acceleration centers abroad. Address diverse learning needs, from annual compliance training (e.g., independence training) to digital upskilling in AI technology. Contribute to talent pipeline initiatives, including campus recruitment engagement and onboarding experiences for new hires (both experienced and campus recruits). Support commercialization efforts, such as enhancing capabilities for lead client partners (senior partners driving firm growth).
