Technical Program Manager

Duration: 6 month contract (extensions or conversion very likely)

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $60-70/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs.
• Strong executive-level presence and experience collaborating with senior leadership (SVPs) to define and achieve strategic objectives.
• Background in Medicare, Medicaid, or health insurance, with experience in marketplace platforms.
• Extensive IT Program Delivery experience, particularly in the health insurance sector.
• Knowledge and experience in claims, provider, and clinical program management.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions within our marketplace platforms. As part of the team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership (SVPs), product managers, and cross-functional teams, to drive the successful execution of programs that support our health insurance offerings, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical programs for marketplace platforms, ensuring the successful delivery of IT programs in the health insurance space.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and senior executives (SVPs) to define strategic objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical specifications.
• Manage program risks, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Drive the development of key marketplace platform features.
• Partner with IT teams, product management, claims, provider, and clinical teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
• Facilitate regular program status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, potential blockers, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with other business and technical teams to ensure alignment and integration of all aspects of the marketplace platform.
• Use tools like Rational Team Concert, Jira, Rally, or similar platforms to track project progress, assign tasks, and ensure team collaboration.
• Analyze program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process optimizations.
