About the Role
This role will play a pivotal role in supporting an evolving and growing portion of our
business, Manufacturer Solutions. This person will lead the development of
compelling client-facing RFPs/Proposal decks and client-facing meeting
decks/materials, tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities facing our
pharmaceutical clients and key accounts. This person will craft strategic narratives
that clearly communicate our value proposition, integrate data-driven insights, and
align cross-functional contributions into a cohesive story that wins business. The
right candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-changing environment where
people are driven, enthusiastic, and not afraid to take risks.
Responsibilities
● Break down customer challenges into use cases, user stories, and provide
appropriate and measurable solutions
● Own the end-to-end strategic development and storytelling for client-facing
RFPs/Proposal decks and client-facing meeting decks/materials for
pharmaceutical clients
● Collaborate with account management, data, and strategy to develop
impactful solutions for our customers
● Partner with cross-functional team members to assess market landscape and
feature product innovations and solutions that drives measurable results for
the business
● Act as a project manager for each proposal to ensure timely delivery of
high-quality deliverables
● Create data visualizations and integrate storytelling techniques to bring
insights to life for clients
● Collaboration with account management teams to support customer
communications
● Keep up-to-date on industry news, launches, requirements
Skills and Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience working in healthcare for proposal development,
strategic communications, or client solutions, and a 4-year college degree or
equivalent in work experience
● Required: Experience with pharmaceutical marketing, and knowledge in
market access, affordability, and HCP is a plus
● Strong background in strategic narrative building and experience in
responding to RFPs
● Skilled in successfully managing concurrent high-priority projects and tight
deadlines while working with multiple stakeholders
● Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and working with data teams to
develop insights-driven content
● Ability to dive deep into business processes in order to identify
process-related enhancements/requirements
● Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
● Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Familiarity with Omnichannel solutions
● Proficiency in PowerPoint
● Familiarity with Looker a plus
