In the role of Senior UX Designer for our Subscriptions platform, they will be instrumental in fostering growth through enhanced user experiences. Their primary focus will be on minimizing obstacles in conversion funnels, broadening product adoption among diverse user groups, and ensuring cohesive experiences across all platforms, with a particular emphasis on mobile web. Their contributions will significantly influence key business metrics, while guaranteeing that subscribers have intuitive and valuable interactions throughout their journey.
Primary Duties
- Formulate and execute UX strategies aimed at boosting subscription growth, pinpointing friction points, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Create and promote a vision for mobile web subscription experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to establish and monitor growth metrics.
- Convert business objectives into effective UX strategies that enhance conversion and retention.
- Design and refine subscription acquisition funnels across various platforms.
- Develop and test onboarding processes that clearly convey the value of subscriptions.
- Craft mobile-first solutions that seamlessly adapt to different device types.
- Ensure that subscription touchpoints are seamlessly integrated within the broader product ecosystem.
- Develop adaptable frameworks that support multiple subscription models and pricing tiers.
- Contribute to a scalable design system with a strong focus on mobile web.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate growth experiments.
- Partner with developers to ensure high-quality execution across platforms.
- Clearly articulate design decisions, backing them with research and data.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with demonstrated impact on growth metrics
- Strong portfolio showcasing subscription/conversion optimization work
- Experience designing for mobile web and responsive experiences
- Experience in A/B testing and experiment-driven design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Experience with analytics platforms and conversion tracking
- Understanding of mobile web constraints and opportunities
- Familiarity with subscription business models and metrics

Compensation:
$70/hr to $80/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
