Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of Product Design experie
- Proficiency in Figma
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design skills, particularly through real examples of iOS and Android mobile apps.
- Proven ability to design developer-ready interfaces
- Knowledge of UX flows, interaction design, and information architecture
- Strong contributor to a design system or component library — you know how to build scalable design foundations
- Solid understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design principles
- Comfortable balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions
- Ability to actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate diverse perspectives throughout the design process
Nice to Have's:
- Experience with consumer subscription products is a plus
- Experience in the outdoor industry is a plus

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a UX Designer to join their team in Florida. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help elevate our mobile app experience. You’ll play a key role in designing user-centric solutions that delight and engage a growing community.
What you’ll be working on:
- Deliver high-fidelity, intuitive designs across various product initiatives
- Translate research and user insights into informed design decisions
- Run ideation workshops with the team
- Create prototypes and conduct user interviews to understand usability flaws and improvement areas in the product.
- Collaborate with developers to address questions and ensure smooth implementation
- Support us in extending our design system and component library, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms
- Identify UI gaps and opportunities, shaping strategic improvements
- Navigate complex and evolving problem spaces to drive product design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and UX researchers
Compensation:
$65.00/hr - $95.00/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
