Senior Oracle Product Manager

Pay Rate- $60/hr-$70/hr

Job Description:

• Lead Oracle ERP Implementations: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of Oracle ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Financial Process Development: Develop and optimize financial processes, leveraging expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and financial planning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Product Roadmap Management: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs and user feedback.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implementations and identify areas for improvement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle ERP implementations.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during the implementation process.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
