The ‘Senior Marketing Operations Analyst’ for a MedTech company focuses on analyzing marketing performance, supporting marketing systems (Pardot, Demandbase, Drift, etc.), and providing data-driven insights to improve campaign and demand-gen effectiveness. They will develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics, evaluate lead conversion and attribution, and ensure accurate marketing data &, visibility. This role also manages system integrations, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with the broader RevOps team to align marketing efforts with broader GTM strategies. By analyzing campaign success and optimizing data flows, they help refine targeting, segmentation, and overall marketing impact.
