Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Design and implement backend services using Java, Spring, and AWS.
Develop backend solutions using Node.js (Nest.js) and TypeScript.
Build frontend functionality with TypeScript and React.
Design and develop new extensions and integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
Prepare business requirement documents, configuration documentation, and process flows.
Ensure delivery of fair and high‑quality outcomes for customers while maintaining strong technical and compliance standards.
Support teammates, partners, and key project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
6+ years of professional software development experience.
5+ years of experience with Java.
3+ years of hands‑on experience with TypeScript.
3+ years working with AWS cloud services.
3+ years of experience implementing Workday integrations.
1+ year of expertise with Workday HR modules.
Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to shape requirements.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
