As a Senior Web Developer in the Application Frameworks squad, you will work autonomously and collaboratively with the Lead, Product Owner, developers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance web applications for internal and client-facing solutions. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying applications using MEAN/MERN stacks, ensuring best practices in design, code quality, and DevOps integration. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications and services.
Work on both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) components
Create and manage APIs and admin applications.
Ensure security and performance of applications.
Collaborate with database teams for deployments on an internal Secure Module Platform (equivalent to MongoDB).
Support UK teams during overlapping hours.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience in full stack web application development
Experience in using MEAN/MERN stacks (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ standards.
Expertise in front end - ReactJS, including component-driven architecture, RxJS, and performance optimization.
Experience in back end - Node.js backend development using Express.js or NestJS, building scalable REST APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of MVC architecture, modular patterns, and state management.
Proven experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, ECR, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
Experience in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker containerization.
Database proficiency with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and DynamoDB.
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs (development and integration), JSON, authentication (JWT), and security best practices.
Experience developing high-performance, multi-language (i18n) web applications with strong UI/UX focus.
Experience with microservices architecture, serverless frameworks, and API orchestration.
Familiarity with AI integrations using LangChain, Vector DBs, and MCP servers.
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills across frontend and backend.
Proficiency with version control tools (Git) and Agile development practices (Scrum).
