Job Description:

An Insight Global Fortune 500 client is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer with deep expertise in React. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting and developing scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, champions best practices, and enjoys mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into clean, high-quality, scalable code.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver user-centric features.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure robust and maintainable code.
• Continuously improve application performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience building frontend applications, with at least 3 years focused on React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with state management, routing, and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Jest, Cypress, etc.
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, well-documented code.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Express) and cloud services (GCP).
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
