Job Summary: Social media Manager
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team of seasoned social media professionals. This role will be leading social media for the team and provide backup support for other parts of the organization.

- Proven experience managing social media for recognizable corporate brands.
- Strong copywriting skills; ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
Job Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven experience managing social media for recognizable corporate brands.
- Strong copywriting skills; ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
- Experience with social media analytics and social listening tools.
- Familiarity with Canva
- Experience with content marketing or blog writing is a plus.
- Ability to work in West Coast or Mountain Time zones.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee social media accounts for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate and manage live experiences on their YouTube channel (not as the face, but managing the live experience for various programs).
- Utilize Sprinklr or any social media publishing software tool to schedule and publish content.
- Organize and analyze social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of posts and campaigns.
- Engage in social listening to monitor feedback, kudos, and comments from followers, and relay this information back to the team.
- Write and create compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support content marketing efforts by writing blog posts and other content as needed.
