A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE PST - Production Designer to join a growing team within marketing production. This production designer role requires an understanding and strong foundation of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate and execute the creative vision and direction efficiently and consistently across hundreds of iterative deliverables while maintaining the highest level of quality in every aspect. Day to day: Translate creative layouts and ideas into production-ready, brand-aligned deliverables in various production-ready formats. ● Independent execution and ownership of medium complexity design and production tasks, resolving any artwork issues that arise during production. ● Collaborate closely with production design leads and producers. ● Willingness to receive feedback and implement it in a timely manner. ● Use the correct tools to produce deliverables as dictated by the producers or Creative Operations Lead. When possible, suggest improvements to files to enhance the final product. ● Ensuring accuracy of final content. ● Follows best practices in file organization, naming, and quality control. ● Willingness to occasionally work on-call and/or over weekends. Additionally, this responsibility is rotated/shared so not every artist is on every season.)
