MARKETING OPERATIONS LEAD
The ideal candidate will be a highly capable operations generalist with deep experience in marketing systems, cross-regional execution, OKR and dashboard frameworks, AI tooling pilots, and programmatic campaign measurement.
You’ll step into a globally visible role responsible for ensuring continuity, connectivity, and clarity across global marketing operations. You’ll collaborate with regional leads, program managers, and senior executives to push forward systems, dashboards, and strategic enablement that have already been scoped and partially operationalized.
What You’ll Do:
Global Operations & Cross-Regional Alignment
- Manage and evolve the Global ↔ Local operational framework, ensuring scaled visibility and impact across regions.
- Maintain and optimize a central Global Marketing Info Hub (shared calendars, roadmaps, cadences).
- Serve as connection point for Global-to-Local campaign harmonization, ensuring regional teams are aligned with global systems and resources.
OKRs & Performance Dashboards
- Drive QBR rhythms and facilitate cross-regional inputs into the Global OKR dashboard.
- Maintain and iterate on the Marketing Campaign Performance Dashboard, ensuring inputs and views are represented on a tiered and globally consolidated level.
- Collaborate with analytics partners to ensure insights are operationalized and actionable on an ongoing basis with the broader Marketing team.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Oversee the planning and management of our consolidated global marketing budget, ensuring financial transparency with CMO to support financial reprioritizations, accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, and strategic alignment with Finance and senior leadership.
XFN Partnerships
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, and other teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies, design system improvements, and roll out scalable Processes that support business growth.
- Facilitate the Contingent Workforce (CW) Process. Serve as the central point of coordination for all contingent workforce needs within the Marketing organization, in close partnership with functional leads, HR, Legal, and Finance teams.
AI Tools & Training Pilots
- Run lightweight AI tooling pilots, such as email generation, campaign brief tagging, or performance review accelerators.
- Document AI workflows and identify repeatable wins to support broader marketing AI adoption goals
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Deep understanding of strategic planning frameworks, annual/quarterly business planning, and OKR implementation within a Marketing or cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable operational roadmaps and performance tracking systems.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale budgets (e.g., $80-$100M+), ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with financial stakeholders.
- Comfort working with Finance teams and tools to support forecasting, variance analysis, and budget optimization.
- Demonstrated success in navigating and influencing complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, HR, and other departments to identify inefficiencies, align on priorities, and drive scalable improvements.
- Skilled in building and interpreting KPI dashboards and operational performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to executive audiences.
- Expertise in designing and scaling operational processes across teams, including resource management, workflow systems, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with tools for process visualization (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro) and documentation (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change management efforts across teams of varying maturity and structure.
- Ability to lead with influence, inspire alignment, and drive accountability without direct authority.
Technology & Tools Proficiency
- Strong command of operational systems and productivity tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Workfront, Airtable).
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and their applications in marketing operations to improve workflows and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 6-8 years experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Agency Operations, Resource Management, etc.
Compensation:
$70/hr to $95/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
