Required Skills & Experience
-3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot Experience working with Salesforce and/or Dynamics CRMs Familiarity with Hubspot Comfort with ambiguity Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision -Strong interpersonal and consulting skills Ability to earn people’s trust and work collaboratively across all departments and all seniority levels -Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities -Curiosity to dig into data -Ability to synthesize and organize complex information into clear and concise dashboards that communicate actionable insights and recommendations to influence leadership -Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences -Exceptional project management skills and high detail orientation

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Analytics Analyst to join a large Healthcare client of ours. This role will help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement for the Marketing & Communications department, with the goal of showing how the department overall produces ROI and contributes to company growth. This role will report into the Customer & Marketing Insights team within the Marketing & Communications department. While there are staff already within the broader Marketing & Communications team that provide measures and KPIs specific to their areas (e.g., web analytics), the purpose of this role is to pull all of the data across the department together to help show its combined contribution. There are currently no dedicated staff to this effort within Marketing & Communications. Day to day tasks include the following: -Consulting with marketing partners on department goals and recommending go-forward KPIs/analytics and related dashboards -Finishing data model build-out in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, partnering internally with data owners to establish API connections -Building main cross-department KPI dashboard in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence to show both key operational metrics and ROI -Building other drill-down dashboards as needed -Working closely with Marketing partners who support and measure KPIs specific to their areas of expertise, e.g., mail campaign KPIs, web analytics
