Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Campaign Operations Manager to support high‑impact global demand generation and campaign execution. This role will serve as the primary owner of Oracle Eloqua campaign operations, Marketing Shared Services requests, and marketing data hygiene, partnering closely with Global Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support always‑on campaign operations in Oracle Eloqua, including outbound email campaigns, landing pages, and campaign response uploads
- Act as the primary point of contact for Marketing Shared Services requests
- Optimize lead management processes including lead routing, scoring, tracking, and reporting
- Build and maintain target account and lead/contact lists across multiple marketing channels
- Ensure data quality, normalization, and system integrations across Eloqua and connected MarTech tools
- Manage external agencies supporting marketing operations, including SOWs and spend tracking
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Operations
- Advanced expertise in Oracle Eloqua, including Eloqua Administration
- Strong experience with marketing automation, campaign execution, and lead management
- Proven ability to manage and improve data hygiene and marketing performance reporting
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global marketing environment
