Duration: 12 month contract

Location: 100% remote in DR

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our property management software. As a key member of the engineering team, you will focus on addressing product gaps and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs.

• Product Development: Design, develop, and enhance property management software that provides seamless solutions for our clients. You will be at the forefront of building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications
• Team Collaboration: Depending on the company’s product needs, you may be assigned to one of the following teams:
• Affordable Housing Team: Develop software solutions that address the specific challenges and requirements of affordable housing management, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
• Accounting Team: Build tools and features to streamline financial operations, including rent payments, expense tracking, and budgeting for property managers.
• General Integrations Team: Tackle a variety of projects, including work order systems and other integrations designed to enhance property management services. This team focuses on creating versatile and comprehensive solutions.

MUST HAVES:

• 5 years of full stack or back end software development
• React front end
• AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud experience (they are on AWS)
• Node JS/typescript on back end experience
• Postgres Database experience
• Microservices experience (specifically using SQS, SNS, EventBridge, or AWS Lambda)
