- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong experience with Active Directory (AD), IAM and OT
- Experience leading cybersecurity or infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams (IT, Cyber, Infrastructure, OT)
- Strong project planning skills (MS Project, timelines, milestones)
- Experience with executive reporting and governance
- Excellent communication skills (will present to CISO)
- Experience in GxP, biotech, or regulated environments

Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Security Project Manager for a leading biotech/pharmaceutical organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving cyber resilience initiatives across Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
This role requires a strong cross-functional leader who can bridge the gap between OT and IT, particularly in high-risk or breach scenarios, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements in a GxP-compliant environment. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cyber resilience and security initiatives focused on Active Directory, IAM, and OT environments
- Serve as the primary point of contact across IT, Cybersecurity, and Operational teams (IOPS, IT, Security)
- Identify and help remediate gaps from prior security assessments and audits
- Build, maintain, and execute project plans, timelines, and key milestones
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, governance forums, and executive-level (CISO) reporting
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Drive alignment, prioritization, and decision-making across technical and business stakeholders
- Ensure all work adheres to GxP, regulatory, and change control requirements within the pharmaceutical environment
- Support the development of incident response strategies, including the ability to effectively segregate or isolate OT from IT systems (“drawbridge” capability) during a cyber event
