Job Description:
A healthcare insurance provider is seeking an IT Project Manager to support an IT project portfolio with a strong emphasis on financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple concurrent initiatives. This role will own end-to-end project delivery (initiation through closeout) while serving as the financial “quarterback” inside the PPM tool—building and maintaining budgets, managing allocations, monitoring burn/actuals, and driving variance management in Clarity. The IT Project Manager will partner closely with PMO leadership, Finance/FP&A, and delivery leads to ensure projects are properly funded, forecasts are accurate, and portfolio financials are reported clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing projects start‑to‑finish with direct ownership of budgets.
Strong, hands‑on experience using Clarity PPM (or related tool) to manage budgets, budget allocation, funding, forecasting, and variance tracking.
Demonstrated ability to perform project and portfolio‑level financial forecasting, including CAPEX/OPEX planning.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining financial accuracy and transparency across the portfolio.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly explain financial status and risks.

Compensation:
$42/hr to $48/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
