HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring strategies.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, utilizing HubSpot's analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
• Maintain and segment contact databases to ensure personalized and targeted communication strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content tailored for automated campaigns.
• Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other marketing or sales tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and HubSpot functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot’s marketing hub and related functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with related marketing tools and CRMs is desirable.
