We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the CEM (consumer experience management) team of a medium-size health insurance company. This person will work with the engineers who are building personalized campaigns for existing patients and health plan members (such as a reminder to get your mammogram/colonoscopy, or of your personalized pregnancy resources/wellness benefits), and curate those lists of members/patients by taking in inputs and doing QA/validation to help the developers deploy and monitor these communications. This person will also help to pull adhoc reports (such as conversions, ROI) to share campaign results. This position will be logic focused, using strong analytical skills partnered with technical capabilities with SQL, python and databricks.
