Growth Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (must be based in the Cincinnati/Covington area and available for onsite work 3–4 times per month)
Job Type: 9-month contract-to-hire

This position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements (3–4 times per month). Competitive base salary, incentive compensation, and full benefits are included.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize the effectiveness of digital agency partnerships
- Execute growth strategies, including:
- Maintaining and improving inbound programs
- Extending product lines
- Analyzing competitor strategies
- Developing new products
- Strengthening brand presence
- Build and optimize systems and processes to amplify sales activity
- Create non-paid brand-building opportunities (e.g., influencer and media engagement)
- Track and measure marketing and sales performance
- Leverage existing technology and marketing investments
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Generate creative ideas for content marketing
- Monitor digital marketing performance using web analytics tools
- Stay current on online marketing trends and update strategies accordingly
- Provide product demos and close inbound sales leads as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 4–6 years of marketing experience
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Proven success in a general marketing role
- Ability to operationalize strategy using advanced marketing tactics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels
- Experience creating and implementing email campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel (required)
- Creative content writing skills
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SaaS products
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Additional experience in influencer marketing or media outreach
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and reporting
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $30–$35 (based on experience, skills, and education)
