JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our high-impact Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and help shape the future of our clients Cloud Infrastructure. In this role, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional programs that power services used by millions every day. You’ll work alongside world-class engineers to build, scale, and secure the most critical cloud services. What You’ll Do: Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across cloud infrastructure initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics. Lead cross-functional communication, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making with a strong understanding of infrastructure systems. Champion process improvements and operational excellence across the organization. PR Range: $37-$40

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or as an engineer or supply chain analyst within a technology company (software, hardware, or systems). • Experience managing programs involving both hardware and software development with strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycles. • Experience working directly with engineering teams on technical projects. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field, OR equivalent practical 1 technical experience.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. • Prior hands-on experience as a software developer, hardware engineer, or systems engineer. • Experience with large-scale product development and release processes.
