Director, Omnichannel Integrated Experience & Engagement

We’re hiring an Associate Director of Omnichannel Experience & Engagement to lead omnichannel strategy and execution for two key commercial brands in the SHTG and FCS therapeutic areas. You’ll drive data-driven HCP and patient engagement strategies across digital channels, ensuring seamless coordination from unbranded education through post-launch performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead omnichannel planning and execution for SHTG and FCS brands, including journey mapping, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and lead management
- Align brand, field, marketing, and digital partners on integrated cross-channel strategies and workflows
- Manage full campaign lifecycle across web, media, email, search, and CRM, ensuring unified brand experiences
- Oversee campaign measurement, reporting, and optimization using real-time performance data
- Act as SME for omnichannel execution—guiding agency and internal teams on platform capabilities, best practices, and tactical deployment
- Identify and integrate innovative channel approaches to elevate customer experience
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of omnichannel, digital, or commercial marketing experience in pharma/biotech
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools (e.g., Data Cloud, Personalization Studio, Ad Studio)
- Strong working knowledge of MarTech ecosystems, platforms, and agency/vendor collaboration
- Experience launching or supporting commercial brands, ideally in cardiometabolic or specialty areas
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical PRC/MLR review and compliant marketing execution
- Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to drive initiatives in a matrixed environment
