- Experience running digital campaigns across multiple brands and locations, ideally in the home services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of tracking, measuring, and optimizing performance across platforms.

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and display networks. This role will manage daily digital operations to drive customer acquisition and retention across all branches. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion goals.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, LSA, and programmatic, ensuring strong performance on KPIs such as CPL, CPS, and ROAS.
- Customize strategies for each branch by aligning campaigns with local goals, customer segments, and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to launch geo-targeted, persona-driven campaigns and develop high-performing, audience-specific creative assets.
- Manage budgets and reporting, tracking performance by channel and region, and integrating insights across HubSpot, CRM, and call center data.
- Test and scale new acquisition strategies through A/B and multivariate testing, while monitoring competitor tactics to identify growth opportunities.
