Insight Global is looking for an experienced Digital Experience Manager to join one of their premium clients in the pharmaceutical space. This person will partner directly with marketers to recommend, plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for planning, documenting, and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across an internal and external cross-functional campaign delivery team. This individual will be facilitating the communication between brand teams, technical/content delivery teams and agency teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in channel marketing, technical marketing operations and/or campaign operations, with a proven track record of driving successful omnichannel marketing campaigns. This person will be partnering with analytics to conduct performance analysis, to evaluate insights to improve future campaigns. This role will be suggesting new approaches, and providing consultation for personalisation and testing objectives to scale the programs and improve reach.
This is a contract based role and sits remotely on the East Coast.
