5+ years of exp in program management, specifically with design-related projects
Senior DPM with Producer experience in a studio model (be able to work on multiple projects concurrently, understand largescale roadmap and scope)
Background in art and design
Google docs/sheets/slides knowledge and experience
Design or art production portfolio of work that they can share

Job Description

One of Insight Global's top media and technology clients is seeking a Design Program Manager/Producer to lead initiatives in their Wearables division.

Day to day:

Heavy collaboration with cross functional teams (mostly design) to assess needs
Work with design and art team to form approaches to projects, building roadmaps, day to day project management including delegation to designers
Working with leadership to understand what the quality bar is, and then in turn work with design leadership on art team to maintain it
Working closely with creative director, art director, and managers, overall heavy interaction with creative leadership

Compensation: $60/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
